the fine print
policies
kept short and plain. questions? see the faq or write to electrocutelab@gmail.com.
downloads
- files are for personal use. please don't resell, share, or redistribute them.
- since files can't be returned, downloads aren't refundable. if a file is broken or missing, email me and i'll fix it or refund you.
physical things
- everything is made by hand in small batches, so small differences from piece to piece are part of it.
- orders ship from nyc when they're ready, with tracking once they're on their way.
- if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me within 14 days with a photo, and i'll repair, replace, or refund it.
- because batches are so small, i can't take returns for a change of mind.
made to order
- custom pieces start with a conversation. timing, price, and what happens if plans change are agreed by email before any work begins.
privacy
- this site has no ads and no tracking.
- your cart is saved in your own browser, not on a server.
- your email is only used for your order, or for a beep about new batches if you sign up for one.
- payments are handled by the checkout provider. i never see your card details.
